- Generate new revenue through structuring and executing new initiatives to generate incremental revenue from the existing merchant portfolio
- Assist in formulating segment strategies to build merchants' portfolio and enhance customer loyalty, as well as implementing various program / offers to sustain portfolio growth and enhance overall merchant experience and stickiness
- Analyze and keep track on the program result, conduct post-program evaluation for continuous improvement
- Handle all activities on customer life cycle perspective: retention, migration, attrition prevention and service/products upselling
- Work closely with merchant service hotline and other operation team to review after-sales services process to enhance merchant experience so as to increase merchant loyalty
- Manage merchant relationships and the related business negotiations
- Regular merchant meetings to build an excellent account relationship
- Degree in Business / Marketing or other related disciplines
- 5 years and above sales experience in the financial services industry
- Have good knowledge on customer lifecycle concepts and B2B sales experience an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent use of Microsoft Access, Excel and other data analysis applications
- Experience in data usage analysis and project management would be an advantage
- Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
