Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of individual clients.
- Provide tailored financial advice and drive sales of wealth management products, including investment and insurance solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify new prospects.
- Execute strategic plans to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Actively promote retail banking services and cross-sell mortgage and consumer banking products.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree for related field.
- Proven track record in retail banking or financial sales.
- Solid experience in direct investment and insurance sales for RM.
- A minimum of half year of retail banking experience will be considered for Green Zone.
- Robust understanding of financial markets, products, and services.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills in Cantonese, English, and ideally Mandarin.
- Possession of relevant HKSI Paper 1,7,8 and IIQE Paper 1,2,3 and MPF licenses.
