Our client is a global leader in the insurance industry, with a strong presence across various regions. They offer a comprehensive range of products, including insurance, wealth management, and asset management. They are now looking for a Sales Promotion professional to join their team.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop and organize large-scale agency events to boost morale, including communication meetings, international conferences, and award ceremonies.
- Aid in the production, logistical planning, and execution of all agency events.
- Engage in the design, execution, and promotion of incentive programs to motivate agents to meet business objectives.
- Review progress reports for sales contests and annual awards to identify strategies and tools that can improve sales performance.
- Help plan and track expenses to ensure they stay within the budget for each project.
- Manage various ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
- Over 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in marketing, event management, or sales promotion.
- Strong background in event planning and management, with an advantage for those from the life insurance sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills; a detail-oriented team player.
- Capable of delivering effective presentations and thriving under pressure.
- Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
