Key Responsibilities

• Handle a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Grow and develop a pipeline with new business and existing business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients and develop tailored strategies to secure new partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within insurance /EB market.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining client relationships within Health & Benefits industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
