Job Description
- Provide services to customers and sales channel personnel at remote Customer Centers
- Handle customer inquiries from different incoming channels such as phone, livechat, email and letter
- Assist in checking and processing new business applications
- Collect customer feedback and suggest ways to improve overall satisfaction
- Draft procedures and processes to improve existing operating practices
- Express concerns and suggestions regarding employee satisfaction
- Timely and correct follow-up on customer enquiries
Requirements
- Experience of customer service experience in financial institutions, preferably in the insurance sector
- IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & 5 is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and telephone manners
- Good language and communication skills
- Good administrative skills, especially in business writing
- Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
