Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operational matters, ensuring adherence to business procedures, quality standards, and timelines.
- Support client management by facilitating onboarding processes and maintaining clear communication.
- Act as the primary contact for system and platform projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with other departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business units and external clients.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and improvements and support problem-solving activities.
- Effectively communicate operational and regulatory updates while overseeing documentation and procedures.
- Create, manage, and streamline a comprehensive set of business procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in insurance operations and products is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, including root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Eager to develop skills through training and continuous learning.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
