Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Policy Management: Oversee the renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions while negotiating terms and conditions with insurers.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
  • Training & Support: Mentor junior staff and provide training on best practices in account management and insurance products.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or any related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the insurance brokerage sector, with a focus on P&C/Commercial lines.
  • Licensing: Valid insurance license (ACII/ANZIIF qualifications).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
