Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing exceptional service.
- Policy Management: Oversee the renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions while negotiating terms and conditions with insurers.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.
- Training & Support: Mentor junior staff and provide training on best practices in account management and insurance products.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance metrics and develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the insurance brokerage sector, with a focus on P&C/Commercial lines.
- Licensing: Valid insurance license (ACII/ANZIIF qualifications).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities.
