- Handle customer enquires via inbound call
- Collect customer feedback and suggest ways to improve overall satisfaction
- Draft procedures and processes to improve existing operating practices
- Express concerns and suggestions regarding employee satisfaction
- Timely and correct follow-up on customer enquiries
Requirements
- University graduate is needed
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in customer service within financial institutions, preferably in the insurance sector.
- IIQE papers 1, 3 & 5 is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and telephone manners
- Good language and communication skills
- Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
