Responsbility:
- Act as the day-to-day contact for a reputable retail bank in Hong Kong, addressing and resolving issues while developing business opportunities.
- Manage and monitor a team of outbound telemarketers within the retail bank to implement agreed strategies.
- Deliver financial targets, including revenue growth and profitability, through marketing promotions, outbound telemarketing channels, and digital marketing.
- Identify and drive opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with executives to maintain profitability and high client service levels.
- Lead the management of key issues affecting business partner relationships and escalate complex client matters to ensure strong long-term partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations applicable to the business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Over five years of experience in an account management role within insurance, banking, telemarketing, digital marketing, or brokerage firms.
- Strong understanding of local insurance practices and familiarity with telemarketing in the finance sector, banca programmes, and bank structures.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive commercial opportunities and negotiations.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse information to identify problems and develop appropriate solutions.
