We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Pricing Manager to join our dynamic team based in Shanghai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing pricing models, strategies and structures that optimise profitability and support business objectives. This role offers a competitive annual salary of ¥5,000,000 and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment.

As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for conducting pricing analysis and market research, preparing recommendations for pricing adjustments, and overseeing the pricing approval process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, sales, marketing and underwriting to ensure pricing strategies align with overall business goals. Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT测试) and sensitivity testing (敏感性测试) is essential, with the ability to conduct and interpret these tests to refine pricing models and assess risk exposure effectively.

A strong analytical background is essential, and the ideal candidate should hold credentials as a North American actuarial candidate (北美准精算师) or equivalent. Demonstrated experience in using actuarial modelling software and statistical tools to conduct quantitative analysis is vital. The role also demands an excellent command of the English language, as English will be the primary working language for written and spoken communication, including preparing reports and presenting findings to global stakeholders and senior management.

The candidate must have prior experience working in pricing, preferably within finance, insurance, or related sectors. A minimum of 5 years in a similar role with a strong record of delivering effective pricing strategies is required. Strong project management skills are a must, allowing you to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with minimal oversight. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the industry is also important to ensure all pricing models meet necessary legal and ethical standards.

In addition to technical capability, the right candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organisation. You will need to demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to innovate and lead initiatives that enhance pricing processes and contribute to business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated Pricing Manager to make a significant impact within a high-performing team, contributing to the long-term financial success of the organisation while continuing to develop your professional skillset in a supportive and challenging environment.
