We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Claims Assistant on a 12-month contract basis.
This exciting opportunity is with a well-established life insurer located in Hong Kong, offering a dynamic and friendly work environment.
Job Duties:
- Efficient handling of life insurance claims administration to the Life Operations team.
- Managing claim documentation, verifying submitted information, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claims processing.
- Maintaining up-to-date records, prepare regular reports etc.
- Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy at all times
Requirement:
- Possess a recognised diploma or university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations or claims processing is required.
- Familiarity with insurance systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, are essential.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is necessary, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good team player with high attention to detail, strong organisational abilities.
