We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Officer, Policy Administration. This position is based in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, with a monthly salary of HKD 30,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of policy administration within the life insurance sector. Key duties include managing policy alterations, processing policy servicing requests, and ensuring accurate and efficient maintenance of policy records. The role requires close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure that policy changes are accurately processed and customer service standards are met.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in life insurance policy administration, with a deep understanding of policy alterations and policy servicing processes. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in life insurance operations is required. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines. Proficiency in insurance-related systems and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with professional insurance qualifications such as LOMA or FLMI will have an advantage.
