In this position, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and overseeing the renewal process for Employee Benefits products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and the successful renewal of benefits plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding their Employee Benefits, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their evolving needs.
  • Renewal Management: Oversee the renewal process for Employee Benefits plans, ensuring timely and accurate execution. This includes reviewing benefits offerings, negotiating terms, and presenting renewal options to clients.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to their Employee Benefits, and ensuring they receive exceptional service throughout the year.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping to enhance the value of the benefits offered.
  • Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to introduce additional Employee Benefits products that align with client needs, supporting their overall objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and renewal activities, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accessible.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Client Management: Proven experience in managing client relationships, preferably in the Employee Benefits sector or related fields.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate renewal terms effectively, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the organization.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey information and updates to clients.
  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: A proactive approach to addressing client concerns and identifying solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention.
