Job Duties:
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive road map for agency recruitment, training, and technology enhancement.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency force, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required
Solid experience in life insurance agency transformation, with strong experience in driving recruitment strategies, training programmes, and digital adoption to enhance agency performance.
Deep understanding of the insurance distribution landscape, along with expertise in developing and executing large-scale transformation projects, is essential.
Possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior management and agency leaders.
Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are critical for success in this role.
Along with a strong understanding of technology-driven solutions for agency development.
Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred.
