Overview:
Our international client is seeking dynamic Brokers and Account Executives to join their growing team. With multiple opportunities available, we welcome candidates at all experience levels - from junior to senior positions. Ideal candidates will be general insurance specialists with expertise in Commercial lines, Casualty lines, Financial lines, and more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the existing client base through strategic cross-selling and up-selling.
- Support the sales and renewal processes for a comprehensive range of General Insurance products.
- Collaborate with the claims department to address significant claims, facilitating effective communication among clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
- Provide expert insurance advice and day-to-day service for assigned accounts, establishing trust and rapport with clients.
- Offer technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Participate in additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by leadership, demonstrating adaptability and commitment.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to deliver relevant advice and solutions to clients.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in General Insurance, with knowledge of commercial lines, casualty, and financial lines.
- Professional insurance qualifications such as IIQE Papres, with additional certifications (e.g., ANZIFF) is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A proactive and responsible approach.
