Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and enhancement of insurance products to meet market demands.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the product lifecycle process from ideation to launch, including pricing and positioning strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, actuarial, marketing, and sales teams.
• Prepare product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for product development.
• Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Assist in ad hoc projects related to product innovation and enhancement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in product development, underwriting, or related fields within the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
