Key Responsibilities
- Drive change and build relationship with wellness partners and various distribution channels
- Design and implement engagement activities with the Agency Channel and Bank partners to promote the "Live Young" loyalty program, focusing on user acquisition and conversion.
- Create high-quality communication materials, including social media posts, in-app content, program terms and conditions, and collaborate with sales channels to ensure smooth execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wellness partners, business partners, and internal departments to ensure the smooth delivery of programs with measurable business results.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage fulfilment activities related to engagement programs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Information Systems, Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to the financial services industry.
- Creative mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities to achieve business goals.
- Strong attention to detail, capable of working independently, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
