Senior Claims Manager - Personal Lines - International Insurer

Our client, a prominent international insurer, is seeking a Senior Claims Manager to join their Personal Lines Claims Department. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the entire Claims Department.
• Develop and mentor team members to ensure performance meets expectations.
• Assess current workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Formulate and implement strategies and development plans to achieve company profitability and growth objectives.
• Prepare management reports and analyze statistics related to the department's performance.
• Provide technical expertise in managing complex and high-value claims.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the general insurance industry; experience in personal lines is a plus.
• Proven management experience, with strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex and large technical claims, along with project management experience.
• A responsible and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
