To cope with the fast-growing business and life insurance, they are urgently hiring for Agency Recruitment Assistant Manager/Manager to join the team to develop and grow their agency force.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate recruitment plan and strategies and execute the recruitment strategy
- Provide market intelligence agency leaders to develop managers' capability and knowledge on recruitment
- Design agency recruitment contest
- Provide on-boarding support to drive recruitment results
- Design different types of reports to analyze current agencies' recruitment situation
- Implement and promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various stakeholders
- Drive and execute agency recruitment initiatives
- Support on other projects and events on agency department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in agency development/agency recruitment
- Experience in developing MCV agency recruitment is a definite advantage
- Fluent in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Capable of working in fast-pace environment
- Good team player
