We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Reinsurance Broker with a strong background in Facultative Energy and P&C risks to join a boutique and international broking firm.
You will spearhead the growth and presence of their Asia Facultative business, with a focus on Energy topics within a wider P&C team.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute market strategies and identify new business opportunities. Leverage new and existing networks with producers and markets.
- Drive portfolio growth in Asia, with a focus on Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan, and South Korea markets.
- Identify market trends and contribute to the wider business strategy of the team.
- Maintain and develop business relationships with clients, producers and senior underwriting contacts.
- Cultivate brand presence in the market.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in energy and/or P&C reinsurance broking. Broad exposure across downstream, upstream, power and renewables. Upstream energy experience highly desirable.
- Regional Asia market exposure with deep business acumen and knowledge of market trends.
- Proven track-record of generating new revenue.
- Motivated, detail-oriented and strategic self-starter.
- Strong presence and reputation in the market.
- Individuals from diverse backgrounds are highly encouraged.
