Investor Relations (Middle East focus), Top-tier Hedge Funds

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Investor Relations professional to join a top-tier hedge fund firm. This role will focus on developing and expanding the investor base in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, enhancing our reputation and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategies to attract and retain institutional investors in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and financial intermediaries, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and objectives.
• Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and updates that effectively articulate the firm’s investment strategies, performance, and market outlook.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitive positioning to inform strategic initiatives and investor communications.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and industry conferences, enhancing the firm’s visibility and engagement in target markets.
• Inquiry Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to enhance investor satisfaction.
• Material Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine marketing materials, including pitch books, fact sheets, and quarterly performance reports.
• Compliance: Ensure all investor communications adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Program Enhancement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the investor relations program, leveraging feedback to refine strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or asset management, preferably within a hedge fund environment.
• Strong understanding of hedge fund strategies and capital markets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile investors.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and relevant software tools.
