Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Cash & Trade Sales team in Hong Kong under Transaction Banking
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our transaction banking business.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to secure business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Train and mentor the sales team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Proactively expand and grow regional business in China, Hong Kong and Southern-east Asia.
- Work closely with Product and Channel Heads to identify market gaps and enhance our service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Leverage market insights to drive growth in target regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Over 15 years of experience in transaction banking sales, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Experience in managing China large corporates clients is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance, and corporate banking.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing diverse teams.
