A leading financial data, information and solutions provider in Asia, is looking for Institutional Sales people in Hong Kong. Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
· At Least Bachelor' s degree or above (Major in Finance/Economic/Accounting/Information Technology are highly preferred)
· Experience in Finance, Sales and account manager, or Capital Market is highly preferred
· Proficient in both English and Chinese, excellent communication skills
· Positive attitude, good team work ethic, highly responsibilities and able to work under pressure
· Constantly grow yourself as we prepare the next generation of leaders for our company
What will you do?
• Be an expert in capital market
• Generate new business consistently via prospecting and inbound leads
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders
Package:
- Up to HK$60K + Commission (circa 20/25% of base)

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client institutions, including asset managers, hedge funds, brokerages and investment banks, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product, legal and compliance, data and support, to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize business opportunities within the institutional client base.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and engagement metrics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, conducting research, and staying informed about industry developments.
- Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent Wind and enhance brand visibility within the financial space.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the suite of services and solutions, highlighting their value and relevance to clients' needs.
Job Requirements:
