Key Responsibilities

• Handle personal lines claims, including motor, travel, and home insurance, from notification to settlement.
• Assess claims, review policy coverage, and determine liability in accordance with company guidelines.
• Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and service providers to ensure timely claims processing.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Maintain accurate claims records and provide regular reports to management.
• Support process improvements and contribute to the efficiency of the claims team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in handling personal lines claims.
• Strong knowledge of general insurance products and claims processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving claims issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
