Claims Handler

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end claims process for various P&C products, with a focus on Property Damage, Liability, Personal Accident, Liability.
• Ensure timely and fair resolutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Assess claims, liaise with clients and service providers, and support the decision-making process.
• Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to best practices development.
• Support management on ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in claims handling within the general insurance industry, preferably in property insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
