The Role

  • As the Asset and Liability Management Lead, you will be responsible for the formulation and implementation of policies and systems related to asset and liability management, ensuring the bank’s financial resources are allocated efficiently. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing policies and systems for asset and liability management.
  • Formulating business development and annual plans, preparing budgets, establishing assessment measures, and overseeing execution to optimize the structure of assets and liabilities.
  • Conducting monthly asset and liability management and comprehensive operational analysis.
  • Organizing and leading ALCO (Asset and Liability Committee) meetings and operational review discussions.


Your Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in banking and asset and liability management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of banking experience, with expertise in asset and liability allocation, budgeting and planning, and operational analysis.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher, with excellent data analysis and report writing skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, exceptional execution capability, and a proactive, innovative mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and a team-oriented spirit.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English.
