Our client is an international asset management firm that offers a wide range of investment management services to individual and institutional clients globally. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join their Asset Management Marketing team to drive marketing strategies for their institutional business.
Job duties
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies to attract new and existing institutional clients in Hong Kong and China
- Strategize and implement campaigns across various channels including traditional media, social media, digital platforms, events, and partnerships to enhance the company's visibility among institutional clients
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness, costs, and returns of marketing initiatives
- Analyze competitors' actions and industry trends to enhance the company's marketing offerings
- Collaborate with the institutional sales team to understand and address client requirements effectively
- Establish cooperative relationships with internal stakeholders such as Investments, Compliance, Product Marketing, and Marketing Delivery to ensure seamless and timely execution of marketing activities
- Work with the Communications Team to identify and capitalize on external and internal publicity opportunities
- Supervise external vendors including creative agencies, media planners, and event organizers
Job requirements
- 8 to 12 years of marketing experience in asset management industry covering institutional clients
- Proven track record in planning and executing campaigns across different marketing channels (ATL, BTL, digital, events, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HK and Mainland China markets including client demographics and regulatory requirements
- Good understanding of portfolio management and investment terms
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
