Banking operation officer (Checker/senior teller) - Up to 40k

What will you do:

• Manage daily branch operations, including the account opening process.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, maintaining high quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in branch operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledgeable in general consumer banking products and services, along with relevant banking practices, ordinances, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with excellent communication skills.
