Responsibilities:
- Assess and process motor insurance claims efficiently.
- Investigate claims by gathering relevant information and documentation.
- Communicate with policyholders, insurance agents, and service providers to resolve claims issues.
- Evaluate claims to determine liability and appropriate settlement amounts.
- Maintain accurate records of claims transactions and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
- Assist in the development of claims procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., insurance, finance, business).
- Proven experience in motor claims handling (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent English and Chinese.
