Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the ongoing development and management of cash management products, including processing and delivery systems, and meet the revenue targets for the bank's cash management business.
- Develop related business strategies, product pricing, and sales and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with other product teams and marketing managers to establish necessary products, logistics, and system readiness, while creating an effective marketing platform for cash management offerings.
- Work with relevant departments to define measurement controls, guidelines, and business performance indicators.
- Conduct regular reviews of product activities and pricing strategies.
Necessary Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant cash management product experience; experience in retail deposit will also be considered
- Strong understanding of corporate cash management products and the cash management market
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong command of both written and spoken Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
- Less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
