Our client is a global bank in Hong Kong with a diversified business across retail, commercial and private banking.
They are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to handle the bank's online platform, especially the community page where customers engage in interactive activities to learn about the bank's products and services.
Job duties
- Monitor community posts and comments made by customers on a day-to-day basis
- Create interesting content related to banking products and organize interactive events to engage with customers
- Develop monthly newsletters featuring members' activities
- Address customer posts and handle general queries
- Identify complaints or malicious content in the platform and escalating the issues to senior management if necessary
Job requirements
- University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other relevant fields
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media content management especially in financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and topics
- Outgoing personality with a creative mindset
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
- Immediately available candidates are highly preferred
