Our client, a long history regional bank is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Banking Officer to join the Retail Banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, promoting our banking products, and assisting with their financial needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications
- Assist customers with account management, online banking, and mobile app usage
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Participate in community outreach and promotional events to attract new customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in retail banking or customer service is a plus, Fresh Graduates will be considered as junior officer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficient in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
