Senior Underwriter - Casualty (Open to P&C Candidates)

Looking for a Senior Underwriter, Casualty Underwriting for a leading international insurer, you will perform casualty underwriting for Mid-market/ International Corporate businesses, maintain and retain key business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build strong relationships with both international and local brokers and clients
• Perform casualty underwriting for Mid-Market or Corporate businesses
• Maintain and manage a portfolio to ensure growth and retention of business, product exposure includes Product Liability, Public Liability, Construction Liability, CGL and Excess Liability Risks
• Time management of your own portfolio and business - Networking and building market relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in underwriting with P&C background OR Casualty will be a strong advantage
• Excellent people skills, prioritising good communication within the team
• Willingness to be proactive, keen to learn and challenge current processes
• Ability to handle portfolio independently and make fast-track decisions when necessary
