They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join their team. Key Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of service quality.
- Leadership: Lead the administrative service department, providing training and coaching as necessary to enhance team performance.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations to ensure smooth and effective service delivery across the department.
- SLA Monitoring: Monitor and deliver on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identify issues promptly, and implement resolutions.
- Management Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting operational performance and areas for improvement.
- Workflow Documentation: Update and maintain workflow manuals and operational documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance operations, knowledge of compliance or risk operations is also a plus.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with general insurance products is a plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Cantonese to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of additional software programs is advantageous.
