Responsibilities:
- Oversee counter services to ensure efficient branch operations.
- Improve the quality of customer service and assist in resolving complaints.
- Monitor daily operations to prevent misconduct.
- Propose recommendations for enhancing branch operations and work processes.
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of solid experience in Retail Banking Operations or teller.
- Strong knowledge of banking procedures, general banking products, and regulatory standards.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, independent, and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is a plus.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager, Branch Operations.
