Job Responsibilities

• Work as RO to develop strategic planning and operational strategies for the Hong Kong insurance brokerage business, including setting long-term and short-term business goals and formulating strategies to achieve these goals, ensuring alignment with Hong Kong's business strategy and operational targets.
• Build a business development model for Hong Kong, create organizational capabilities, ensure high team performance, and promote talent development.
• Familiarize yourself with the legal regulations of the Hong Kong insurance industry; establish compliance and internal control processes to ensure that the company's business activities adhere to relevant laws.
• Establish a product supply chain system, optimize the business service system and processes, and enhance service quality and customer experience.
• Participate in channel market development and maintenance, build and maintain good relationships with clients, and enhance the company's market share and brand influence.
• Contribute to the formulation of product marketing plans and sales strategies, ensuring the effective implementation of marketing activities and sales initiatives.
• Monitor the company's financial status, ensure the execution of budget plans, and allocate resources efficiently while managing operations and business activities.
• Regularly provide the company with industry information, product details, and insights on competitors to inform decision-making for company development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in insurance, finance, economics, management, or related fields.
• Over 8 years of experience in the Hong Kong insurance industry, with a deep understanding of operational processes, regulatory requirements, and a strong background in insurance brokerage.
• Hold an RO license issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, possess strong risk awareness, and be capable of formulating and executing effective risk management strategies while keeping abreast of regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Familiar with a variety of popular insurance products in the Hong Kong market, with expertise in product acquisition from insurers and collaborating on customized product development.
• High business acumen and goal-oriented; able to build efficient teams, optimize internal management processes, and possess strong negotiation, project management, and organizational coordination skills while being accountable for business outcomes.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, with strong communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and a customer-oriented approach.
