Our client, a leading global insurance provider, is seeking Underwriting Support/Operations Support Manager to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while fostering a productive work environment.
- Provide essential support for underwriting and compliance processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and engaging presentations using statistical data to inform strategic decision-making and performance evaluations.
- Actively process the adoption of regulatory changes across teams, ensuring that all departments are informed and compliant with new requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for system projects, coordinating efforts across various business units to ensure successful implementation and alignment with strategic goals.
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years in general insurance operations is required, with a strong understanding of financial lines and/or credit risk products. Familiarity with other product lines is a definite plus.
- Proven experience in supporting insurance processes across different departments.
- Strong detail-oriented approach with excellent analytical skills, enabling you to identify trends and insights that drive operational improvements.
- A proactive and self-driven individual who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
