Our client is proactively looking for an experienced individual who wants to develop his/her career in retail banking as Branch Manager, Retail Banking. You will be responsible to manage daily branch operation, leading a team to identify customers' needs, provide retail banking products and achieve the sales target.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation and provide back-up support in medium size branch office
- Lead and monitor the standard of service of staff to ensure professional customer service
- Ensure the team to meet retail banking sales target by delivering different banking service
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years retail banking experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory level
- Qualifications of HKSI, IIQE
- Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and people management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
