Our client is a prestigious European private bank currently seeking for a CDD VP to join the team. This bank is known for its stability and excellent working environment. You will be working closely with a dynamic team on due diligence checks and supporting CDD related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough due diligence checks for account opening in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct detailed reviews on account opening processes and accompanying documentation
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline and enhance the CDD process
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff on CDD procedures
- Stay abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practices related to CDD
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of solid CDD experience in private banks
- Proficient understanding of AML and KYC regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
