 Implement and analyze A/B tests to optimize content performance
AI Tools Proficiency
 Utilize AI tools for content enhancement and creation
Editorial Judgment
 Identify content gaps and suggest improvements
Project Management
 Manage multiple content streams and deadlines (e.g. Trello)
International Perspective
 Bring diverse perspectives to content creation
Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, podcast production, or social media
  management.
• Proficiency in audio and video editing software (e.g., Auphonic, iMovie, Capcut). 
• Strong writing and editing skills.
