Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of low-latency trading platforms. You will work closely with traders and quantitative analysts to implement and refine algorithms that drive trading decisions in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance C++ applications focused on low-latency execution for trading strategies.
• Optimize critical components of trading systems to minimize latency and enhance throughput.
• Collaborate with quantitative teams to translate trading strategies into efficient code, ensuring rapid response to market changes.
• Conduct performance profiling and testing to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure system robustness and reliability in high-frequency trading environments.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least five years of hands-on C++ development experience, with a strong focus on low-latency systems in a trading or finance context.
• Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of multi-threaded programming, memory management, and performance optimization techniques.
• Proven experience with real-time trading systems, market data feeds, and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in Linux development environments and networking protocols, with a focus on low-latency communications.
• Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation and testing is advantageous.
