HRBP Director
The position requires strong business partnering for product and engineering businesses, along with experience leading a team within the internet, technology, or fintech industries.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide guidance to leaders and employees on company policies, values, HR programmes (benefits, pay, and salary) to ensure consistency and timely responses.
- Develop initiatives to enhance the employee experience, focusing on employee development and talent growth.
- Coach and train managers in communication, feedback, recognition, and employee interaction responsibilities.
- Design strategies and plans to cultivate a positive working environment.
- Oversee the employee handbook and culture playbook.
- Manage the performance management process.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment and Marketing teams to showcase company culture and promote employer branding.
- Measure employee engagement scores and implement relevant programmes.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor’s degree or above with 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting product and engineering teams in the internet, high-tech, or financial services industries.
- Diverse HR experience, including employment law, compensation, organisational planning, recruitment, organisational development, employee relations, employee engagement, and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a people-focused approach.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work across different time zones and cultures.
- A growth mindset, flexibility, objectivity, and integrity.
- Ability to motivate, influence, and coach employees at all levels.
- Excellent organisational and management skills.
- Fluency in both Chinese and English.
