What will you do:
- Provide expert support and mentor branch marketing personnel to achieve their investment objectives.
- Enhance investment sales and improve the sales capacity and effectiveness of the retail investment sector.
- Design and execute business strategies to assist assigned regions in reaching overall goals and generating additional investment fee revenue.
- Aid front line marketing staff in identifying appropriate customers for product promotion, creating presentation materials, and establishing a business foundation.
- Engage in collaborative marketing calls with front line marketing staff, acting as a specialist in investment products.
What do you need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with professional certifications such as CFP or CFA.
- Minimum of 5 years in banking; prior experience as an Investment Consultant is a significant advantage.
- Relevant HKIB certification is beneficial.
- HKIB Certified Bankers are preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in asset allocation and investment products, including equities, unit trusts, bonds, and treasury instruments.
- Successful completion of the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or exempted/qualified securities dealer status.
- Highly self-driven, capable of working independently and effectively under pressure.
- Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Thorough understanding of relevant sales procedures, practices, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua.
