About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead the sales performance in retail branch for one of our key client, a leading local bank in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving branch performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve individual and team goals.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Analyze financial reports and branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the community.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling of products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail banking, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in financial analysis and performance management.
