Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Lead and manage all branch staff to achieve business goals and targets.
- Plan and implement business strategies to meet set objectives.
- Manage SME business operations and achieve related KPIs.
- Ensure high-quality services are consistently provided to customers.
- Ensure all activities comply with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in branch and SME management.
- Strong understanding of compliance and banking regulations.
- Qualifications in IIQAS and HKSI.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
