Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts for various projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct hands-on testing, including test case creation, execution, and test reviews.
- Analyse and study scope requirements to develop effective test strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system configurations and functionalities.
- Mentor junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on testing results and analysis.
- Manage system upgrades and ensure alignment of testing activities with project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on testing experience.
- Strong focus on testing methodologies, including test review processes.
- Understanding of system configurations and their operational functionalities.
- Independent and mature candidate capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in system upgrades is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Technical background is not required, but familiarity with testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
