Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development of AI/ML models, including propensity and regression models, customer segmentation, clustering, and generative AI, for a variety of data science applications.
- Conduct in-depth analyses using advanced customer analytics and big data technologies.
- Assist in implementing data and analytics strategies to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify business opportunities and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
- Deliver timely, high-quality analytics to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or machine learning.
- Proven track record in building machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience in the banking, insurance, or financial services industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Knowledge of cloud environments.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with business units.
