Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the legal and financial sectors.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities.

Sales Activities:

  • Perform cold calls and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Lawintellchain's SaaS modules.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather client feedback to inform product development and improvement.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of successful cold calling and client acquisition.
  • Familiarity with the legal and financial industries is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
