Senior Finance Manager - regulatory reporting (LCR/CAR)

Leading financial institution, looking for a Regulatory Reporting Team Lead (LCR/CAR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and evaluate statutory financial reports, banking returns, surveys, and disclosures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
• Guarantee timely and precise submission of banking returns and regulatory reports.
• Continuously assess and update internal policies and regulatory disclosure requirements.
• Engage in projects focused on enhancing processes and systems to improve reporting efficiency.
• Address inquiries from regulators and internal stakeholders promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Accountant with 6-8 years of relevant banking industry experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of banking products, accounting standards, financial control frameworks, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in preparing statutory banking returns, capital reporting, and regulatory disclosures is a plus.
• Meticulous, well-organized, with strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of VBA is beneficial.
