Responsibilities
- Accurately process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring adherence to operational policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage cash drawers, ensuring accurate cash balances and compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Assist clients with account inquiries and changes, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a seamless banking experience for clients.
Requirements
- Degree in finance or business is preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience is a plus.
- HKSI or IIQE certification is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
